Today & the AI Planner
Every rep starts the day with a ranked plan built by deterministic rules: committed appointments anchor the day, overdue commitments come next, then stalled deals and dealers slipping past their visit cadence. Every item carries a plain-language reason and a confidence indicator.
An AI layer writes the morning briefing and coaching notes on top of those rankings. It narrates, it never re-ranks, so every priority stays auditable.
Offline field logging
Field coverage is never a given. Reps log visits with the full documentation set, photos taken on site, and voice notes, all with zero signal. Entries queue on the device and sync automatically when coverage returns, with exactly-once delivery so nothing duplicates.
Add RepOS to the home screen and it installs like a native app, offline storage protected.
The growth funnel, enforced
Accounts live in explicit stages with objective exit criteria. Advancing a dealer requires checking off every criterion, and the checklist snapshot is stored with the transition. Prospects that stall move to a nurture track with the true objection recorded.
Visits cannot be saved without the one scheduled next step. A visit without a commitment is an expense, not an investment.
Cadences that run themselves
Signing a new dealer generates the complete 30/60/90 onboarding plan as dated tasks: delivery verification, display install, counter training, portal setup, check-ins, and the 90-day business review. Nurture cadences run months ahead automatically, through the annual requalification.
Pipeline & leadership assignment
A four-stage opportunity board with value totals and automatic stall flags. Leadership drops new opportunities into an assignment queue where the territory owner is suggested; one click assigns it and notifies the rep.
Scorecards & dealer health
Rep performance scores weight activity, pipeline, outcomes, and dealer health, with weights set by management and the same formula visible to everyone. Dealer health computes factor by factor: visit cadence, engagement, commitments, opportunity signals, and order recency.
No hidden scoring is a product principle, not a slogan.
Territory intelligence
A live map of every account colored by type and health, corridor density, and expansion targets: corridors with prospects but no dealer coverage, and dealers whose health needs recovery.
Commission tracking
Estimated versus finalized, month and quarter to date, and accelerator progress. Variances are flagged and routed for review, never silently overwritten.
Administration & security
Role-based access for nine roles, admin-provisioned accounts with forced password rotation, login and logout auditing, KPI weight and quota configuration, AI model selection with a full usage log, and one-click data import from HubSpot.
